As a co-founder of ADS, Ingrid is responsible for the agency's international division. With a degree in Public Relations from the University of São Paulo and specialization in the planning and coordination of Integrated Communication Programs, she has won over 25 national and international awards - including IPRA, ABERJE, Public Opinion, and Ideas in PR - for developing stakeholder engagement initiatives for ADS clients. She has also served as president of leading national and international Public Relations organizations.
Vera has extensive experience in managing Communication Programs and Media Relations for companies in all sectors, with emphasis on Health Care, Services, Associations, Education, among others. Graduated in Journalism from Cásper Líbero and post-graduated in Corporate Communication from ESPM, she specializes in Digital Marketing Campaigns, Communication Diagnosis, Endomarketing, Institutional Communication, Prevention Programs and Crisis Communication Management, Media Relations, and Media Training. She has been recognized with PR awards.
As a manager with a strong commitment to results, Silvia is responsible for leading teams, planning and executing corporate communication strategies for national and multinational companies, crisis management, and coordinating and organizing events. Graduated in Journalism from Fundação Cásper Líbero, she has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Communication, mainly serving companies in Information Technology, Investments, and Retail. She was a member of the Ethics Group of Abracom - Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies. She has been awarded by ABERJE, CONRERP, and IPRA for conducting marketing and communication campaigns.
Marcelo holds a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from PUC-SP. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate communication, having worked in national and international agencies and communication departments for industries, business, finance, infrastructure, IT, insurance, legal, and agribusiness. At ADS since 2007, he started his journey as an account executive, account manager, and is currently the account director leading media and influencer relations, social media, integrated communication, relationship campaigns, publications, and events projects for national and international clients.
With over 20 years of experience, Bianca leads a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate communication strategies. She works in media relations, crisis management, internal communication, digital and influencer marketing. Graduated in public relations and post-graduated in business administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, she gained experience working with clients in the transportation, culture, services, retail, third sector, and tourism. She received the Prêmio Opinião Pública (“Public Opinion Award”) for planning and implementing cultural and social responsibility programs. She has been part of the agency’s team since 2001, having previously worked in communication departments of public and private companies.
Graduated in Journalism with over 13 years of experience in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Specialized in crisis management, 360º communication, and team management. With extensive knowledge in the areas of transportation, construction, health, sports, retail, and events, she combines her digital and corporate communication experience to build content and strategies for client companies.
A journalist with a specialization in Public Relations and Marketing, joined ADS more than 15 years ago. Previously worked as a reporter for a television news outlet and has experience in serving accounts from various sectors, developing Media Relations and Integrated Communication programs. Coordinates the planning and execution of relationship and internal communication campaigns, institutional publications (newsletters and magazines), press conferences, and events.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of Communication, Juliana is a journalist specialized in economics, business, and education, with qualifications on economic journalism from the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP) and capital markets from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She has worked as a news reporter in finance, technology, business, and consumer relations in media outlets. She began her career at ADS in 2015, focusing on Media Relations and other communication activities.
